Overview

This position is for a Learning and Development Specialist who will support the PD Scaled Ops team to improve delivery operations and manage key operational tasks for both in-person and virtual learning experiences.

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, data analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks efficiently.
