Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Learning and Development.
• Proven experience in designing blended learning experiences.
• Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is a bonus.
• Ability to leverage technology for learning delivery.
• Experience in managing learning projects end-to-end.
• Comfort with data analysis to refine learning strategies.
• Dynamic multitasker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Eager for feedback and collaborative idea-sharing.
