Join Aprio's Specialty Tax Operations team as a Specialty Tax Administrator, providing high-level administrative support to help clients maximize their opportunities.

In Short

  • Work with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm.
  • Provide administrative support for the Specialty Tax team.
  • Receive and track tax notices from clients.
  • Gather data from clients and Tax Department personnel.
  • Use CCH Workflow to track due dates.
  • Assist in preparing responses to tax authorities.
  • Proofread and deliver correspondence to clients.
  • Handle phone calls and emails effectively.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of clients.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Minimum of two years related experience in a support role.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates/Bachelor's preferred.
  • Self-motivated with good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work overtime as needed.
