Requirements

  • Aptitude for troubleshooting general IT issues.
  • Basic IT experience preferable in a customer service context.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good understanding of Windows client Operating Systems.
  • Attention to detail in tasks such as laptop/desktop builds.
