Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for promoting the Bank’s products and services while managing external relationships to align client needs with innovative solutions.

  • Develop and maintain advisor/referral relationships.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual (French/English).
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of banking/credit experience.
  • Business planning and territory management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Diplomacy and conflict management skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Manulife Investments and life insurance products is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and a vehicle required.
  • Innovative in sales strategies and marketing concepts.
