• Lead and facilitate team events such as backlog refinement and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or engineering.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in project budgeting and financial analysis.
• Experience with Agile and scaling frameworks.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience using Jira for team organization.
• Ability to coach teams toward self-organization.
• Nice to have knowledge of personal banking and mortgages.
