Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will own the post-contract end-to-end support experience for Cloudflare’s most strategic customers, focusing on Zero Trust products.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical support contact for top-tier Enterprise customers.
  • Document and maintain technical profiles for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to support customer needs.
  • Manage and monitor support interactions and escalations.
  • Conduct Quarterly Support Reviews with customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Work one weekend every quarter.
  • Engage with account teams during strategic deal closures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical account management or support.
  • Experience with SASE or Zero Trust solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cloudflare Zero Trust Network Access solutions.
  • Understanding of customer network and application architectures.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizations.
  • Passionate about helping customers and building relationships.
