Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Cloudflare is responsible for providing dedicated technical support to the company's most strategic customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Own the post-contract support experience for top-tier Enterprise customers.
  • Serve as the primary technical support contact.
  • Document and maintain technical profiles for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to customers.
  • Conduct Quarterly Support Reviews.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Work one weekend every quarter.
  • Engage with account teams during strategic deal closures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Requirements

  • Baseline understanding of at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical account management role.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and systems.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Knowledge of edge computing products and technologies.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of Internet fundamentals and security.
  • Passionate about Cloudflare products and customer relationships.
