Professional Services Consultant, Zero Trust - Remote

Overview

As a Professional Services Consultant for Zero Trust Services/SASE at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for the technical execution of solutions and guidance to our customers to maximize their Cloudflare investment.

In Short

• Provide consultative and hands-on implementation services for enterprise customers.
• Work in a post-sales landscape to deliver technical solutions.
• Plan and deliver organized services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather business and technical requirements for solution delivery.
• Implement changes in the Cloudflare environment per customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide technical support.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts.
• Travel expected around 30% for customer engagements.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of OSI model layers and protocols.
• Experience with Internet and Security technologies.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust technologies and frameworks.
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with web-based security and network segmentation.
• Experience with Microsoft, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Ability to debug network connectivity issues.
• Preferred experience with regulatory requirements.
• Security certifications are a plus.
