Associate Director, Trust & Safety - Platform Operations - Remote

In Short

• Lead a globally-distributed Trust & Safety team.
• Develop strategies for handling abuse complaints.
• Design efficient processes for abuse report handling.
• Provide leadership and career development for investigators.
• Ensure operational objectives are met.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance tools and processes.
• Manage sensitive content and escalations with tact.
• Track and report metrics for the Platform Operations Team.
• Engage with stakeholders to demonstrate Trust & Safety's value.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a Trust & Safety or related role.
• 8+ years of team leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of DNS and Internet operations.
• Familiarity with DMCA and copyright issues.
• Experience with sensitive content management.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technologically savvy and up-to-date with trends.
