Overview

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing extraordinary customer service to new and existing commercial customers in a high-volume remote call center, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of four years of Customer Service experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working at a computer workstation.
