Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Calendly, you will provide a high touch experience to customers, helping them maximize the use of our product and saving them valuable time.

In Short

  • Act as the first point of contact for users needing assistance.
  • Resolve tickets via Live Chat, Phone, or Email.
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge.
  • Participate in support initiatives and meet team goals.
  • Document and advance customer issues effectively.
  • Empathize with customers and provide solutions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize technical skills to assist customers autonomously.
  • Be a self-starter and take ownership of the customer experience.
  • Work Sunday-Thursday, 10am to 7pm ET.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in Live Chat or Phone support is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-focused role.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Curiosity for technology and problem-solving.
