Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Gcore, you will be part of a team that provides first-line support for customers and internal users, helping to resolve technical issues and provide consultations about our products and services.

In Short

  • Handle customer and internal requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide consultations about Cloud, Hosting, AI, and more.
  • Resolve technical issues with diagnostics and escalate if needed.
  • Work two consecutive night shifts followed by two days off.
  • Utilize good networking knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Be organized, responsible, and a team player.
  • Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting is a plus.
  • Modern office space with free snacks and entertainment options.
  • Remote, hybrid, or office work options available.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
  • Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner and organized.
  • Responsible and optimistic with strong communication skills.
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks.
  • Experience with Linux and API is nice to have.
