In Short

  • Answer a high volume of calls, providing timely assistance with inquiries and technical issues.
  • Tackle complex diagnostic troubleshooting for voice and data service issues.
  • Aim for first call resolution while delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage customer account information using software applications.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Assist other departments and provide training to new employees.

Requirements

  • Previous telecom experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of similar work experience.
  • Experience supporting business-level customers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of broadband technologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in personal computer use.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to thoroughly troubleshoot complex business customer issues.
