The Service Delivery Coordinator, Dispatch role is crucial for efficiently managing field operations by tracking work orders, trouble tickets, and technicians through a specialized database. This position ensures the seamless coordination between customers, supervisors, and technicians, aiming to meet company and customer goals.

• Ensure 100% of work orders are closed out daily.
• Maintain a balance between service orders and trouble tickets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible to work any day with varying schedules.
