Service Delivery Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Service Delivery Coordinator will perform the day-to-day functions associated with order implementation. Responsible for the administration and coordination of customer orders from order onboarding through installation with frequent customer interaction. Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.

• Handles both inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, SMS, and email.
• Coordinates work schedules and maintains active work planning.
• Tracks and monitors orders through multiple systems.

• Project coordination with management levels.
• Regular attendance and ability to work variable schedules.
• Completes other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Must meet productivity expectations while working from home.
