Director of Operations - OSP Project Management - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for overall project management (schedule and budget) for multiple large construction projects across multiple states. Candidates should have hands-on experience building out dense (250+ node) metro networks and/or long haul (>100 mile) fiber networks including management of complex federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in project management
• Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
• Thorough understanding of utility engineering and construction processes
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules
• Demonstrated command of large capital budgets
• Strong planning skills to mitigate project risks
• Understanding of fiber network cost structures
• Experience with fiber engineering and documentation standards
• Strong background in Google Suite and mapping tools
• BS degree preferred
