Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our company and make the first impression on our customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires a shift in focus multiple times per hour and prioritization of work as it arises.

In Short

  • Handle all incoming tasks such as onboarding new customers and account inquiries.
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure incidents and customer requests are managed.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills required.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a fast-paced work ethic.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Full-time remote position with no travel requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Self-guided approach to learning.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems or escalate issues.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
