Overview

As a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative at ZOLL, you will be part of a team that supports customers, sales reps, and clinicians while providing exceptional service and technical assistance for medical devices.

In Short

  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails, troubleshooting inquiries.

  • Work remotely with a suitable home workstation.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 7:00am and 8:00pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Experience with MS Office, SQL, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Physical ability to meet job demands.
