MPF Federal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work remotely with strong customer service experience.

In Short

  • Provide excellent Customer Care to Veterans and Providers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and identify customer assistance needs.
  • Assist customers in navigating CCN websites.
  • Respond to questions from In-Network providers regarding Veteran benefits.
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and handle health information responsibly.
  • Work effectively in a structured, production environment.
  • Adhere to daily schedules and assignments.
  • Engage in ongoing quality improvement for interactions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to maneuver between multiple applications.
  • High-Speed Internet and a distraction-free workspace.
  • Professional background is a must.
  • Ability to create, copy, edit, save, and send documents.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a call queue and adhere to schedules.
  • Willingness to engage with Veterans and Providers compassionately.
