Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support participants in navigating their benefits experience, providing excellent service and problem-solving assistance.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Great phone personality and enjoyment in helping people.
  • Able to communicate IRS benefits in layman's terms.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task effectively.
  • Excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Consistent attendance is crucial.
