Overview

This position involves working with a team to manage client accounts, ensuring compliance with government filings for various benefit plans.

In Short

  • Work with a team to collect and manage data for client accounts.
  • Prepare and submit government filings for 401k, profit sharing, and 403b plans.
  • Ensure all workflow tasks meet deadlines.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Manage a caseload of customer accounts.
  • Align work hours with PST times.
  • Remote work eligibility for the right candidate.
  • Assist employers and financial advisors with plan contacts.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.

Requirements

  • 1 year in a lead Client Relationship role.
  • Experience administering a minimum of 50 plans.
  • 2 years of work experience in a business environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with deadline management skills.
  • Ability to learn multiple software programs.
  • College degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with FT Williams and PensionPro Software.
