HR Services Delivery Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a HR Services Delivery Coordinator in our brand-new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role as part of the HR Shared Services team and is responsible for executing the Hyva HR policies, first line HR questions and HR administration based on the applicable SLA’s. This position supports various HR projects in Asia.

In Short

• Answer all general Human Resources questions and inquiries.
• Take care of the HR administration, including employment contracts.
• Administer data in the HR information systems.
• Prepare reports and analysis.
• Provide administrative support for the HR Centre of Excellence.
• Execute training and development plans.
• Follow up and provide support for the performance management cycle.
• Update employee records with any changes in the employee lifecycle.
• Execute HR policies throughout the organization.
• Provide first line HR advice to employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
• Strong professional and HR operational knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate/business level in English and Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai/Indonesian.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other HR systems.
• Experience with process transitions.
