Technical Application Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Application Specialist in our brand new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in implementing, managing, and optimizing the ERP systems.

In Short

• Analyze business processes to identify areas where ERP systems can improve efficiency
• Design, configure, and implement customized ERP solutions to meet business requirements
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the ERP system effectively
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ERP system users
• Monitor and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with end users and other IT professionals to update and upgrade the ERP system
• Document all aspects of the ERP system implementation process for future reference
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements
• Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of proven experience as an ERP Technical Consultant or similar role, preferable Infor LN
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor LN)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to create technical design documents
• EDI/FTP/Batch-file scripting (programming) skills. Experience in ITSM (TopDesk, ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and upgrading SharePoint systems; managing user accounts and permissions; and providing technical support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
