Overview

The Customer Application Specialist for Flow Control is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction with RHIM Flow Control Equipment, training customer personnel, and coordinating equipment installations.

In Short

  • Enhance customer satisfaction with RHIM Flow Control Equipment.
  • Train customer personnel on safe and effective equipment operation.
  • Learn customer operations and equipment impact.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering on projects.
  • Monitor installations for smooth commissioning.
  • Review existing installations and suggest performance improvements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Industrial Mechanics.
  • Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Independent worker and self-starter.
  • Hydraulic or Electrical skills are a plus.
  • Refractory experience is a plus.
