Overview

As a Service Desk Support Specialist in our brand-new Regional Hub / Shared Services Centre in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, you will have the opportunity to play a role in providing first-level technical support to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.

In Short

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage service requests and escalate complex problems.
  • Investigate incoming IT related incident tickets.
  • Support users via call, chat, email, and ticketing tools.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Support markets in multiple time zones.
  • Work based on 24x7 rotating shifts.
  • Opportunities to grow within Service Desk or wider IT functions.

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years of relevant IT working experience in Service Desk / Technical Support.
  • Basic IT knowledge in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Android, iOS.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service driven and culturally sensitive.
