Overview

The Client Service Support Specialist will assist in various administrative tasks related to the Australian lending market, ensuring accurate data entry, document management, and effective communication with lenders and clients.

  • Provide client service support and complete discharge forms.

  • Assist with post-settlement communication.
  • Support interest rate reviews for existing clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years admin experience in the Australian lending market.
  • Knowledge of Australian lender policies.
  • Familiarity with loan structures and application software.
  • Graduate of any degree.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and team player attitude.
