Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Client Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our Brokerage and Property Management accounts. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring they get the most out of the Showami platform.

In Short

• Conduct engaging and informative onboarding demos for new clients.
• Meet with existing clients to enhance user satisfaction.
• Support customer service in validating account credentials.
• Act as the primary contact for critical accounts.
• Assist in managing complex support inquiries.
• Update the knowledge database with new information.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
• Exceptional presentation skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong technical competencies and adaptability to new software.
• Background in real estate preferred but not required.
• Experience conducting online demos in a remote environment.
• Ability to present at in-person marketing events.
