The Project Controller provides strategic financial governance and operational oversight for construction projects, ensuring disciplined cost management, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.

In Short

• Lead audits and compliance on Cost Per Passings (CPP).
• Analyze and evaluate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Monitor Outside Plant (OSP) performance.
• Ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review and ensure accurate invoice coding.
• Verify and maintain BOM accuracy for construction projects.
• Assist with requisitions for materials and services.
• Audit work orders for compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports.

Requirements

• College education or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Advanced financial analysis or project controls experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
