Technical Assistance Intern - Remote

Overview

The Technical Assistance Intern will support the National Programs team at Capital Impact, focusing on developing tools and resources for real estate developers to enhance their projects and access capital.

In Short

• Support the development of real estate development tools and resources.
• Conduct an inventory of existing tools and resources.
• Codify technical assistance topics and organize by geography.
• Identify gaps in technical assistance capacity.
• Map timelines of typical real estate projects.
• Develop a regional and local capital source list.
• Create an internal FAQ related to lender liability.
• Collaborate with the National TA Manager and local Program Team leads.
• Internship duration is 3 months, 40 hours per week.
• Hybrid in-person/remote work available in EST.
