Overview

The Infrastructure and Operations Manager is a key role within the Capital Impact Partners team responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Oversee all IT operations, including networks, servers, and security platforms
• Manage IT Operations staff and ensure optimal performance
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices
• Work with senior management to identify operational improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT management and operations
• 8 years of experience managing technology employees
• 5 years of experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and network security
• Experience in managing hybrid/remote environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management
• Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices

Benefits

• Salary range of $127,871 - $160,000
• Eligible for an annual incentive
• Remote work flexibility
