Overview

The Senior Loan Officer position is part of the Community Development Lending (CDL) team under Capital Impact Partners (CIP). This role may work remotely, focusing on projects across the nation, particularly in the Eastern region.

In Short

• Originate and underwrite various types of loans.
• Work on community and economic development projects.

Requirements

• Experience in loan origination and underwriting.
• Strong understanding of community development finance.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and cash flow.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of New Markets Tax Credits is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex transactions.
