• Develop and implement operational standards and policies.
• Lead root cause analysis for infrastructure-related incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure operations, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale data center projects.
• In-depth understanding of server hardware and networking technologies.
• Linux experience is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
