Requirements

• Proven experience as a successful Recruiter.
• Experience sourcing for GTM and/or technical positions.
• Ability to understand role requirements quickly.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Sourcing sites.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in metrics driven roles.
• Professional and process-oriented attitude.
• Education: BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related field.
