Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting our Infrastructure Construction market sector (Heavy Civil, Roadways, Bridges, Environmental Remediation), you will work closely with company leaders to anticipate and address the evolving needs of our workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to source and recruit top talent for both current and upcoming opportunities.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and prospective talent.
  • Evaluate hiring and interview processes and techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs.
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting process for identified roles.
  • Ensure hiring plans provide equal opportunities to all candidates.
  • Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process.
  • Effectively utilize and maintain all pertinent applicant documentation.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Assist in meeting affirmative action and diversity recruitment goals.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years recruiting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • AIRS Certifications preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for recruiting efforts.
  • Strong customer focus and effective consultative approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office and web-based software.
  • Ability to coach and advise through sensitive HR issues.
  • Skilled at multitasking and time management.
