• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in iGaming.
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, experience with GreenHouse is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of market status and trends.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on results.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and upper-intermediate English.
