We are looking for a Lead of PSP Operations to join our team at Parimatch, an online entertainment company that creates digital experiences where sports, culture, and technology meet.

• Leading and growing a small remote team (2–4 people);
• Designing and implementing efficient payment processing workflows;
• Managing communication and relationships with payment providers;
• Negotiating favorable exchange rates and contract terms;
• Monitoring company account balances across various payment systems;
• Ensuring timely processing of player payouts;
• Creating periodic analytical reports;
• Providing data-driven recommendations for optimizing payment processes;
• Troubleshooting payment-related issues;
• Establishing documentation for payment procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing payment systems in the online gambling industry;
• Experience in leading and developing remote teams;
• Strong understanding of online gaming payment processing;
• Languages: Ukrainian native, English Intermediate+;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and data visualization tools;
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment;
• A results-oriented mindset;
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
