Data Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Collect, clean and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Operations.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to track and monitor product performance.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and executives.
• Present findings in a clear, concise and visual way for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Proven experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in a SaaS or product company is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required for this role.
