Legal Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Legal Operations Manager will build and run the operational backbone of the Legal team, with a strong focus on contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, and technology enablement.

In Short

• Design and operate the company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
• Manage the contract repository and ensure agreements are tracked
• Develop and maintain contract templates and negotiation guidelines
• Oversee outside counsel management and rate negotiations
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking legal spend
• Administer legal technology tools including CLM and document management
• Support the Procurement team with contract execution workflows
• Develop and drive Legal team projects
• Partner with IT on data governance and systems integration
• Manage relationships with legal technology vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; J.D. or paralegal certification a plus
• 5–8 years of legal operations or contract management experience
• Hands-on experience with CLM platforms
• Strong project management skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting
• Ability to work effectively with attorneys and stakeholders
• Understanding of contract risk and compliance requirements
• Experience in a high-growth technology company preferred
• Familiarity with procurement workflows preferred
• Knowledge of AI and data center contracting preferred
