Requirements

• 6+ years in legal operations or technology, preferably in a tech company.
• Experience with CLM platforms like Ironclad or DocuSign.
• AI-forward mindset with experience in leveraging AI tools.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time.
• Technical aptitude for system integrations and APIs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking for operational improvements.
• Experience in scaling legal operations during growth phases.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
