Legal Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the Legal & Compliance Department’s day-to-day operations by standardizing & improving processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and monitoring departmental key metrics.

In Short

• Manage the execution of Legal Department processes and standard operating procedures.
• Develop, implement, and manage key operational metrics and dashboards.
• Provide paralegal responsibilities including contract intake and tracking.
• Drive process improvement initiatives from planning to execution.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of core Legal technology platforms.
• Own Legal Department knowledge management initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendors and outside counsel.
• Partner with Compliance to develop and implement policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Google Slides.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal project management.
• Proven track record managing legal technology tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ticketing systems.
• Ability to deliver synthesized data insights to senior leadership.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
