Customer Success Representative (Tax and Accounting) - Remote

Overview

Customer Success Representative with strong tax/accounting expertise to drive adoption, automation, and success of Savant’s platform for finance teams.

In Short

• Partner with customers to implement and optimize Savant solutions
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for customer teams
• Translate tax/accounting workflows into scalable automated processes
• Advise on workflow automation, data governance, and process standardization
• Act as subject matter expert in tax/accounting operations and technology
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance consulting
• Background from Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly, Crowe, Mazars)
• Experience in tax technology, finance transformation, or process automation
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx (preferred), Excel automation, SQL, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of tax/accounting workflows (compliance, provision, reporting, advisory)
• Experience training or enabling teams on technology solutions
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
