In this role, you will drive the adoption of our advanced audio AI platform across Western Europe, working closely with customers to ensure they gain maximum value from our products. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention by facilitating onboarding and addressing potential friction points. As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and fostering long-term partnerships.

In Short

  • Drive customer adoption of the platform and its tools across Western Europe.
  • Administer onboarding and enablement tactics while advising on best practices.
  • Analyze product usage and performance to identify and resolve friction points.
  • Participate in commercial outcomes, focusing on revenue retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive renewals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience with AI agents and API integrations.
  • Proven record of driving revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the Southern Europe market and cultural nuances.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote team.
