Overview

The Customer Success team at Smarsh is dedicated to driving customer success and establishing loyal relationships. This entry-level role focuses on building relationships, promoting product adoption, and resolving customer issues.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound customer calls promptly.
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints and determining solutions.
  • Analyze customer contracts and billing issues.
  • Track activity in Salesforce and log customer discussions.
  • Process customer account or billing adjustments.
  • Meet or exceed time to resolution targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to address escalated issues.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in customer service or customer success.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Tenacious and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a group.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
