Overview

As a Sales Engineer at Smarsh, you will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs, working closely with the Sales Account Management team.

  • Design solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and provide post-sale support.
  • Assist sales team in closing deals with technical expertise.
  • Prepare accurate technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Technical Support roles.
  • Experience in regulated industries.
  • Proven experience with Financial Compliance and Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
