We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to contribute to our end-to-end research across our product organization, focusing on generating and evaluating user insights that directly shape product direction.

In Short

• Conduct generative and evaluative research to uncover user needs.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX research experience.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience with research participant management.
• Ability to drive product decisions through research.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Understanding of interaction design principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and sessions.
• Mentorship experience is a plus.
