Overview

Smarsh is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead and execute projects, ensuring on-time delivery and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

In Short

• Lead projects of varying sizes in Smarsh consulting engagements.
• Manage project development, planning, and execution phases.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project goals.
• Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to pre-sales processes by developing SOWs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Update documentation and templates as necessary.
• Work with program managers to determine resource requirements.
• Handle enterprise projects with minimal supervision.
• Engage in client-facing communications and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
