Overview

Senior Project Manager to lead release and delivery for India engineering, act as liaison with US leadership, and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced startup.

In Short

• Own the release lifecycle for India-based engineering efforts.
• Partner with QA on release readiness gates.
• Track and communicate delivery status to US leadership.
• Maintain release documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate daily standups and sprint ceremonies.
• Monitor sprint health and drive resolution of blockers.
• Coordinate with tech leads across workstreams.
• Drive engineering process improvements.
• Collaborate with QA, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Evaluate and gate unplanned work requests with product managers.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of project management or technical program management experience.
• Proven track record managing software engineering teams.
• Strong experience in US-India timezone environments.
• Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technical judgment for assessing PRD readiness.
• Background in software engineering or a technical role.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS products or data platforms.
