In Short

• Handle new interior facility construction (upfit) and remodel activities within North America.
• Manage project budgets and timelines ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Provide weekly project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures regarding facilities engineering.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management for logistics operations.
• Experience managing Architectural/Engineering design and permitting processes.
• Knowledge of building codes, fire codes, ADA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience with racking systems and related products installation.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
