Head of Product to own execution, roadmap, and product operations at SARAL as it evolves into performance marketing infrastructure for influencer-led growth.

In Short

• Lead customer interviews, user research, and beta conversations.
• Build deep relationships with key customers and analyze churn.
• Own product roadmap and prioritization across product lines.
• Lead sprint planning and collaborate closely with engineering.
• Drive specs, design, and engineering execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience.
• 0–1 product building experience preferred.
• Strong product judgment and execution ability.
• High ownership and ability to work under ambiguity.
• Customer-first mindset with strong research skills.
• Strong design sense and attention to UX quality.
• Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs.
• Market awareness in DTC, Shopify, or affiliate ecosystems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-hustle environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
